One of my finest paintings using water mixable oil paints!
I used to enjoy climbing long and dangerous routs in the High Sierras and now I just paint them. This was interpreted and painted from photos I took on one of those early spring climbs but I came back to the original and added the falcon in the left corner to add life and symbolize my new passion for the birds!
